• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API management and service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting integration processes. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
