Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems using microservices principles.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support lightweight architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in microservices-based environments.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment strategies. Additional Information:
