Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
• Competence in collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
