Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft FED ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
• Experience with responsive design principles to ensure applications function seamlessly across devices.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Understanding of integration techniques with backend services and APIs. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft FED ReactJS.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
