Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in designing and developing custom modules within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to enhance system performance.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
