Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer Vision.
• Strong knowledge of image processing techniques and algorithms.
• Experience with software development frameworks and tools relevant to computer vision applications.
• Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability in complex systems.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting software issues in vision-based solutions.
• Understanding of integrating computer vision modules with larger software architectures. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer Vision.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
