• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure clarity and ease of future enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing performance testing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to support testing activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing software performance. Additional Information:
