Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality while adapting to dynamic project needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions across diverse systems.
• Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data transformation techniques. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
