Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native.
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript to build robust mobile applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
• Knowledge of state management libraries and mobile app performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React Native.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
