Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development and deployment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and update existing applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet organizational requirements.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow HRSD applications effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
