Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative software solutions, and ensuring that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications to enhance performance and user experience, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with database management systems such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js.
