Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:
