• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GCP - Vertex AI.
• Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms and deployment of AI models.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing software solutions. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GCP - Vertex AI.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
