Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular, PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
• Experience with front-end development tools and build processes to optimize application performance.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with backend services to create seamless user experiences. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vue.js.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
