Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to adapt to evolving project requirements, ensuring that the software solutions are both effective and efficient in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong experience with Elasticsearch platform (Beats, Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, OpenTelemetry standards).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, UCD, Ansible) and frameworks (including automated testing).
• Knowledge in the J2 template.
• Experience with: Linux Docker & Kubernetes APIs and system integrations
• Elasticsearch certification and Microsoft Azure knowledge are a plus. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Elastic Stack (ELK).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
