Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Responsibilities 1 Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements related to device management and exception module 2 Resolving the tickets based on the agreed TAT in contract 3 Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks 4 Perform the enhancement and changes 5 Propose the solution as part of global template and Recommend the architectural or business changes Technical Experience

• Should have sound knowledge on Meter to Cash Process
• Should have good understanding of DMG/AMI configurations
• Understanding of DM/AMI process like Scheduling/Meter Reads/Estimations/Validations/Upload/ Meter Process of Install/Remove/exchange, Meter Test, Certifications, Interval Data processing, AMI communications for smart meters
• Good to have an understanding on one or more MDM systems 5 Should have worked as a testing lead managing testing team
• should be able to provide daily reports on the test execution and progress
• Should be able to provide the defect details and latest status
• Should have the knowledge on Qtest Professional Attributes
• Good Communication Skill
