• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using component-based architecture.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
