• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve team workflows and processes to enhance productivity and collaboration. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platform services related to Salesforce.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments. Additional Information:
