Lead the design and implementation of custom software components ensuring alignment with project goals.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize team productivity and software quality.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Talend ETL.

Experience in designing and developing data integration workflows using Talend ETL tools.

Strong understanding of data transformation, extraction, and loading processes.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability.

Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts relevant to ETL operations.

Knowledge of scripting and automation to support ETL pipeline management.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
