Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades Migrations.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless connectivity between applications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
