Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and quality.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong experience in software design principles and coding best practices using Python.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Python applications.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
