Support testing, deployment, and upgrade activities
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams solution design support

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within enterprise environments.

Good understanding of performance optimization and system monitoring practices.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
