Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong experience in customizing and extending Oracle EBS HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts to optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
