Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with problem-solving and refinement to create robust and scalable software systems that support business operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Support the integration of new technologies and tools to advance the team's capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within application environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
