Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and effective project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and integration patterns.
• Experience with data modeling and database design within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in software architecture.
• Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
