- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to design and implement modular and reusable UI components that align with business requirements.
- Familiarity with RESTful services and integration of backend APIs to support dynamic application behavior.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
