Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can benefit the team and projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management best practices.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data processes and system integration.

Familiarity with SAP landscape and integration points with other enterprise systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
