• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
• Experience in performance testing and load testing using Apache JMeter.
• Ability to design and execute test plans and test cases for complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Capability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
• This position is based at our CDC5A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
