Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SRE Observability, AWS, Devops
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis to maintain high availability.
- Ability to design and implement observability solutions that provide actionable insights into system behavior.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure as code to support scalable deployments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SRE Observability.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
