• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
• Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing software components to improve functionality and efficiency.
