• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable software components using modern frameworks.

• Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within software ecosystems.
