• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and coding custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with system integration and troubleshooting within enterprise environments.
