Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development activities with project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions within complex environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
