Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.

Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Strong knowledge of data integration and management within Salesforce environments.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
