As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with agile teams to iteratively build scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Throughout the day, there is a focus on coding, testing, and refining software modules while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and delivering high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in integrating cloud-based directory services with enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and authorization issues.
- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards related to identity management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
