Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Android Application Development.
- Experience with mobile application lifecycle management including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices for mobile platforms.
- Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in mobile environments.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Android Application Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
