Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and responsibilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio implementations.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce applications with external systems.

• This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
