• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable applications using cloud-native technologies.
• Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware platforms within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application development.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
• Competence in utilizing development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP Business Technology Platform.
