• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee data management within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in customizing and configuring payroll modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll and employee central systems.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies and best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
