Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Proficiency in Scrum.

Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver software projects efficiently.

Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Skilled in managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks to align with business goals.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
