Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve system capabilities and performance.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to order management, pricing, and billing.

Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance.

Skilled in analyzing business workflows and translating them into technical specifications for software development.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
Qualification 15 years full time education
