Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.

Ability to optimize code and improve application performance within the SAP HANA environment.

Familiarity with SAP modules integration and data modeling techniques.

Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP systems.

Capability to work with development tools and version control systems relevant to SAP ABAP projects.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
