Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Competence in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at Noida office. This is a full time office role ( 5 Days working from office)

A 15 years full time education is required.
