Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software design and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes. - Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
