• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling and resource management using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience in integrating Oracle Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for project planning and execution.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative delivery.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Primavera P6 implementations.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
