• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to integrate Selenium with various testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting automated test failures to maintain test suite effectiveness.
• Understanding of web technologies and browser behavior to optimize test automation.
