Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vehicle Management for Automotive.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
• Familiarity with integration of software components across diverse platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Vehicle Management for Automotive.
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
