• Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements within the Workday environment.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom integrations and extensions within Workday.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to payroll systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
