As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, all while applying modern development methodologies to deliver effective and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Experience in working with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and practices.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
