As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your role involves overseeing the technical aspects of software solutions, managing project timelines, and collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored software that meets client requirements. You actively engage in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success and maintain high standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within utility sectors.
